It's time for one last celebration of all the amazing results that we've achieved together over the last three years. The Alliance has been a force for good in Skokie, bringing us together to make vital changes that have inspired civic engagement and action all over our community.

Please attend our sunset celebration on Saturday, January 11, 2025. We will gather at Sketchbook Brewing (4901 Main St) from 5:00 - 7:00 pm. All are welcome - please share this event with others who may be interested! Please come even if you can only stay for a few minutes. 

The mission of the Skokie Alliance for Electoral Reform was to revitalize democracy and promote inclusive civic engagement in our Village through the enactment of three ballot initiatives. Thanks to all of our efforts, we've actually achieved that goal.

It's bittersweet to look around and realize that the thriving civic community we've helped build will continue to flourish far beyond the scope of the Alliance. Our nonpartisan ballot initiative committee will dissolve by the end of the year, making way for new organizing efforts focused on the next phases of civic growth in Skokie.

With that in mind, we're hosting one final event to bring us together again to celebrate this wonderful community and all of our accomplishments.
